Electrical Draftsperson

We are seeking a skilled Draftsperson to join our team at Rodan Energy Solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing electrical and mechanical drawings and sketches for equipment and systems in a thermal generating station.

• Prepare electrical and mechanical drawings and sketches using AutoCAD technology.
• Participate in walk-downs of the plant to ensure configuration management is supported.
• Vectorize existing hand-drawn drawings to new ESM3R Standard.
• Update existing drawings to new standard, involving updating of symbology and adding attributes.

• Mechanical or Electrical Technician/Technologist.
• Clear communication skills (oral and written) and experience with Power Systems.
• Draftsperson with system experience (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Minimum 2 years of drafting experience required; 5-8 years within Power Generation/industrial setting, preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Raster Design.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the use of AutoCAD and Raster Design.
