Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Rédacteur Scientifique pour rejoindre notre équipe de recherche et de développement. Vous serez chargé de rédiger et de réviser divers documents scientifiques afin de soutenir les chercheurs dans leurs efforts pour améliorer le diagnostic et les traitements proposés aux patients.
Missions- Rédiger et réviser les demandes de subventions en soutien aux initiatives majeures de la direction de la recherche.
- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe scientifique pour réviser les demandes de subventions, tant sur le plan linguistique que scientifique, en veillant à répondre aux exigences des différents organismes subventionnaires.
- Assister l'équipe des affaires scientifiques et les chercheurs dans la mise en œuvre et la coordination des grandes initiatives stratégiques priorisées par la direction de la recherche.
- Travailler avec l'équipe de communication pour promouvoir les chercheurs et leurs travaux.
- Contribuer à l'organisation d'événements de transfert des connaissances, tels que des conférences scientifiques.
- Offrir un service de révision scientifique et linguistique des manuscrits avant leur soumission pour publication dans des revues à comité de pairs.
- Doctorat ou Maîtrise en sciences appliquées ou biomédicales.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en rédaction scientifique dans le domaine de la santé et/ou de la recherche, en français et en anglais.
- Excellente connaissance des milieux de la santé et de la recherche ainsi que des défis associés.
- Bonne maîtrise des exigences des organismes subventionnaires.
- Expérience confirmée dans la rédaction de demandes de subventions.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et niveau intermédiaire en français (idéalement bilingue).
