Job Title: Head Baker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at I Cornetti Inc. as a key member of our bakery operations.

Job Summary:

The Head Baker will be responsible for leading our bakery team in the production of high-quality bread, pastries, and other baked goods. This includes preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Operate machines and equipment

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Manual dexterity
  • Standing for extended periods
