Job Summary:

This position assesses all fees for the importation of international packages and performs general brokerage tasks, ensuring compliance with local Customs and Revenue Agency regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for imported commodities.
  2. Verify that assessment of duties and taxes adhere to local Customs and Revenue Agency regulations, maintaining accuracy and precision.
  3. Communicate with customers regarding brokerage-related matters, providing timely and effective support.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Brokerage Certification - Preferred
  2. Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
  3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  4. Previous experience in a call center environment - Preferred
  5. Bilingual English and French an asset
