We are seeking a skilled Polisher, Stone Products Specialist to join our team at Imac Enterprises Corp. as a key member of our manufacturing and industrial plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ongoing machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Operate stone-dressing lathes to sharpen and dress grindstones that grind logs into pulp, requiring attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Finish stone products with spray paint and by mounting plaques or installing concrete bases, demonstrating expertise in surface preparation and finishing techniques.
  • Finish surfaces of castings using screed or trowel, showcasing proficiency in material handling and processing.
  • Cut, surface, polish, and install marble and granite, working with a variety of materials and tools.
  • Clean, polish, file, or otherwise finish products, adhering to quality standards and company expectations.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a noisy and dusty manufacturing environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements
  • Handling heavy loads up to 45 kg (100 lbs) with ease.
  • Physically demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Health care plan and permanent work term.
  • 40 hours per week, with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
