Medical Transfer Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Transfer Attendant to join our team at Priority Patient Transfer Service. As a Medical Transfer Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of patients to and from healthcare facilities, nursing homes, and private residences.
Key Responsibilities- Transport patients via stretcher and wheelchair to and from healthcare facilities, nursing homes, and private residences
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients during transportation
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless patient transfers
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Standard First Aid with CPR + AED certification
- Minimum Class G driver's license with a clear Drivers Abstract
- Current immunization record, including Tetanus, Diphtheria, Hepatitis B, and Poliomyelitis
- Able to lift 250 lbs with a partner
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- Bilingualism is an asset
