As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving key initiatives across our firm. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects that enhance our operations, technology, and client services. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects across various departments, including Operations, Technology and Development, Marketing, and Client services.
  • Oversee and coordinate team members, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with project objectives and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Communicate project updates to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services, consulting, or a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).
  • Knowledge of wealth management, financial planning, or fintech is a plus.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus but not required.
