Mixology Specialist

The Mixology Specialist is a critical role at GOLFERS CREEK INC., responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience in our cocktail lounge or bar. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our bar operations, providing expert advice on wine selection and crafting unique mixed drinks.

This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of bar operations and mixology techniques.

• Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays, showcasing our extensive selection of beverages and snacks.
• Organize the day-to-day operations of the cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.
• Serve food and snacks to patrons, providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
• Advise customers on wine selection, recommending premium options to enhance their dining experience.
• Store beverage and food products in a clean and organized manner, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Order bar stock and manage inventory levels, ensuring we always have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
• Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare a wide range of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft beer, and non-alcoholic options, using fresh ingredients and adhering to our high standards of quality.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, providing clear instructions and ensuring timely delivery.
