Job Overview

This position requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to motivate and lead a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including setting sales targets and monitoring performance.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, respond promptly to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduation certificate or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 7 months of experience in a sales role, preferably in a bakery or related industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in English.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
