About the Role

RT Medical is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide/Housekeeping professional to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping and dietary operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks according to established protocols to maintain sanitary conditions in assigned areas.
  • Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting.
  • Assist patients with meal service by setting up trays, delivering meals, and ensuring dietary guidelines and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Clean and sanitize dining areas, equipment, and utensils after meals to maintain health and safety compliance.
Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping/laundry experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Specific experience in the senior care sector is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer savvy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
