Job Title: Food Service Driver

Famille Lampron enr is seeking a reliable and skilled Food Service Driver to join our team. As a Food Service Driver, you will be responsible for operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive vehicles: Safely operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods from vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Sorting and Delivery: Sort packages for delivery and ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Payment and Receipt: Process payments for goods and services, and receive payments from customers.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Transportation Experience: Local, regional, and provincial/territorial transportation experience.
  • Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract) and valid driver's licence.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, physically demanding, and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots and cellular phone.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, initiative, and punctuality.
