We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Palmer Automotive & Truck Center/Palmer Parts & Equipment. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales: Sell spare and replacement parts, process incoming requisitions, prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, and maintain records on inventory control system.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, advise on use and appropriateness of goods or parts, and issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials, identify, label and catalogue items received, and ship, deliver or pick up parts, products or equipment.
- A college diploma or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with inventory control software and MS Office.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a pension plan and life insurance.
