Job Description

Codex is seeking an experienced Senior EPM Manager with Vena expertise to drive the development and implementation of our EPM and CLOSE offerings.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to oversee the alignment and coordination of our EPM & CLOSE services. As a Senior EPM Manager, you will collaborate closely with our CRO to drive revenue growth and work alongside our COO to optimize operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and align EPM & CLOSE offerings
  • Collaborate with CRO to drive revenue growth and with COO to optimize operations
  • Act as Customer Success Manager on strategic accounts
  • Evaluate consultant performance and ensure optimal activity rates and profitability
  • Anticipate risks and implement preventive actions
  • Represent Codex in its scope of activity, promote EPM and CLOSE offerings, and position them in the market
  • Serve as an expert role, supporting consultants and enhancing their skills
  • Work with Project Office to ensure successful EPM and CLOSE project execution
  • Organize and coordinate operational teams for pre-sales activities
Preferred Experience

A strong background in management is essential for this role. You should have experience in HR-related aspects, including approving salary reviews, bonuses, vacation, and mobility.

  • Approve salary reviews, bonuses, vacation, and mobility
  • Collaborate with HR and COO to recruit, train, and retain top-tier EPM and CLOSE talent
  • Define, propose, and evolve the organizational structure of EPM and CLOSE teams
  • Motivate and lead EPM and CLOSE teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Vena solutions as Consultant or End-User
  • Pre-sales skills
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Consulting experience across different sectors and companies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with various EPM tools (a plus)
