Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Bakery Team Member to join our team at Maxim's Bakery Ltd. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raw Material Handling: Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials as required.
  • Machine Operation: Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers and unload processing machines.
  • Packing and Quality Control: Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers and check products for basic quality defects.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and gain experience in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Setting: Bakery environment with potential exposure to dust, flour, and noise.
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, including flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
