  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action if necessary.
  • Budgeting: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language: English.
