We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team in Western Canada. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will serve as a scientific resource for Canadian experts in the field of Gastroenterology and inflammatory bowel disease.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Immunology and Gastroenterology, with 2-3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree in health care or a professional designation with 5 or more years of relevant clinical experience may be considered.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with the scientific community
  • Effectively communicating with Scientific Experts and Thought Leaders with up to date scientific knowledge and providing services that meet their needs
  • Continually enhancing scientific knowledge and staying up to date with the latest research and developments in the field
  • Supporting the affiliate medical business objectives and cross-functional partners

The Medical Science Liaison will be expected to:

  • Attend scientific meetings and conduct routine literature searches to stay current with the latest research and developments
  • Communicate regularly with internal colleagues and cross-functional team members to ensure that the entire group benefits from individual learning
  • Interface with Lilly resources and internal business partners as requested by the scientific expert
