We are seeking a highly skilled Bartender for our Front of the House Team at Acquafarina, a Michelin Guide fine dining establishment.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a professional and timely response to any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked bar.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and quality control standards in the bar and dining areas.


Requirements:




  • At least 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team player with excellent prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with Tock and Squirrel systems.
  • Serving it Right Certification.
  • WSET 2/ certification in liquor courses is an asset.
