- Track Progress: Utilize the KS Coaches App to track attendance, achievements, and progress.
- Stay Active: Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, navigating a physically demanding environment.
- Certification:
- Achieve Coach Certification through KidStrong HQ Training, ensuring you have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional coaching.
- Coaching Background: Experience working with children aged 15 months to 11 years.
- People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, coaches, and families.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using Google, Microsoft, and social media platforms.
- CPR Certification (or willing to receive): Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
