Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team at Good Earth Coffeehouse Capital Park. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

Our café is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
