Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 2466867 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice on merchandise and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Transactions: Operate cash registers, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate sales records for inventory control.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Quote and Price: Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working 35 hours per week.
