Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at S I Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, design, mapping and review, and will be responsible for supporting business process mapping and review for a client and self-service online portal upgrade project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate business/process requirements for the Department
  • Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives
  • Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows
  • Document current and future business workflows
  • Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, and application subsystems
  • Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems
  • Identify candidate business processes for re-design, prototype potential solutions, provide trade-off information and suggest a recommended course of action
  • Identify modifications to the automated processes
  • Perform Developing UAT scripts
  • Establish acceptance test criteria with Client
  • Support and use the selected departmental methodologies

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong background in business process analysis, design, mapping and review
