About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business initiatives.
  • Leadership: Select and develop senior staff, delegate authority, and create optimal working conditions.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events to support business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; strong judgment and organizational abilities.
Work Environment
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
