About the Role
">We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with an interprofessional team to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery.

- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop individualized care plans;">
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote person-centered care and achieve positive outcomes;">
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on illness prevention, health restoration, and maintenance;">
- Coordinate nursing care for patients, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed;">
- Document patient information accurately and timely, adhering to practice standards and Fraser Health procedures;">
- Participate in quality improvement activities, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to evidence-informed practice.">
Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you must have a Graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). You should also possess certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
">Compensation Package:
">The estimated salary for this position is $54,600 - $76,400 per annum, based on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including four weeks of vacation, comprehensive health benefits, and a pension plan.
