Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Food Counter Staff to join our team at Donair Shop.

About the Job
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food orders, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders accurately, and provide prompt service while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  2. Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food according to menu specifications, ensure that all dishes meet high-quality standards, and maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
  3. Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, store food and supplies properly, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Perform tasks such as receiving inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Standing for extended periods.
Salary:

$30,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
