Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Team Member to join our team at Princess Auto. As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience by engaging with customers, responding to their questions, and helping them find products and solutions for their everyday problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and offering product recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in merchandising activities, including product displays and promotions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Handle customer interactions with diplomacy and tact, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Take initiative to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
