Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they are aware of our company's policies and procedures.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Record KeepingMaintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements- Education
No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is preferred.
Work SettingThis role is based in a fast-paced food service environment, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods.
Physical CapabilitiesThe successful candidate will be required to perform a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending, and will be expected to work in a physically demanding environment.
