Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, working independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in patient care.
• Maintain and advance your clinical competence through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to the success of Interior Health Authority by participating in hospital committees and approved research projects as assigned.
