Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JSJ Investments Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing resources
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that food meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our culinary genres, staying up-to-date with trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and respond to changing business needs
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, with a high level of attention to detail
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
