RegulatoryJobs Executive Recruitment is seeking a skilled Compliance Expert to support the compliance efforts of CPA Manitoba. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the administration of the complaint tracking system, preparation of agenda packages for and coordination of Complaints Investigation Committee (CIC) meetings, and attending discipline hearings as staff support to legal counsel for CIC.

The Compliance Expert will also assist with monitoring restrictions under The CPA Act, including title restrictions for members and non-members as well as reserved public accounting services, and assist the Registrar with other regulatory matters as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, an understanding of public accounting, and experience in compliance and regulatory affairs. Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time management skills are essential, as well as exceptional leadership qualities to mentor and coach team members.
