Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency
- Perform supervisory duties, including training and evaluating staff
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Coordinate and review work assignments, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Hire and train new staff members, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to work 30 hours per week
- Fluency in English
- Learning and training opportunities paid by the employer
- Permanent employment
- 30 hours per week
