Job Title: Senior Integration Developer

MaintainX, Inc. is a leading provider of mobile-first workflow management platforms for industrial and frontline workers. Our cloud-based tool enables maintenance, safety, and operations on equipment and facilities for top companies like Titan America, McDonald's, Brenntag, Cintas, Michaels, and Shell.

We've secured $104 million in venture capital following a recent Series C funding round led by prominent investors. Our team is expanding, and we're seeking a skilled Senior Integration Developer to join our post-sales team.

Job Summary
  • Collaborate with Integration Consultants to design, develop, and implement customized integration solutions for clients.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Integration Consultants, Integration Developers, and clients.
  • Apply technical expertise to provide expert integration advice on utilizing our Open REST APIs.
  • Design and develop customized integration solutions for complex third-party platforms.
  • Work with the MaintainX Engineering and Product Team to prioritize customer integration requirements and build relevant API endpoints.
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of integration solutions through rigorous testing and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
  • Guide clients and their IT Teams through on-premise and cloud-based software integrations.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including technical specifications, code documentation, and progress reports.
  • Communicate project status and technical details to internal teams and clients.
  • Assist in debugging and troubleshooting technical issues during the integration process.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to clients, ensuring their integration projects run smoothly.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in software development, including solutions architecture, software engineering, or software development.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript), APIs, middleware platforms, and data transformation.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ERP platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, JD Edwards, Sage, and other 3rd party platforms.
  • Knowledge of network architecture and security principles.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
