The primary goal of the Proactive Support Team is to deliver a customer-centric digital support service to all desktop and end-user devices across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-line customer triage support for incidents and requests received via the Service Desk application.
  • Packaging and deploying applications, continuously developing and enhancing eHealth infrastructure to meet service and operational standards.

The successful candidate will be part of a diverse workforce that values inclusion and promotes a culture of diversity.
