Lead Our Insurance Technology Team

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Director to lead our Insurance Technology team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of our software and engineering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-functional engineering teams to design and build client-facing technology systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business growth and innovation
  • Guide and motivate engineering staff to achieve their full potential
  • Maintain and support our technology services, ensuring production reliability and usage

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams or large-scale programs
  • Preference for Financial or Insurance industry experience
  • Deep understanding of modern software development practices and principles
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, estimation, and team building
  • Familiarity with agile and DevOps principles, test-driven development, and continuous integration
