Key Responsibilities- Direct and Advise Staff: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
- Corporate Governance and Compliance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established protocols.
- Budget Planning and Administration: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Reporting and Briefing: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
- Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, values and ethics.
This is a permanent position with 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
