About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Petro-Canada gas station. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Advise Staff: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Corporate Governance and Compliance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established protocols.
  • Budget Planning and Administration: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Reporting and Briefing: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, values and ethics.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
