About the Role

This temporary position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems. As a Computer Systems Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and providing training to users. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries regarding computer system issues.
  • Analyze problems using technical manuals and other resources to identify solutions.
  • Provide guidance and training to users on how to use computer systems effectively.
  • Maintain a record of problems and solutions for future reference.
  • Supervise junior technical support staff.
  • Assist users with network and internet connectivity issues.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
