We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Granite Ridge Care Community.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Deliver health education programs to residents and their families
- Manage home care cases and provide consultative services
- Provide nursing care, including medication administration and wound care
- Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities
- Experience in a long-term care setting an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting
