Job Title: Video Monitoring Officer

Job Summary:

Live Video Defense is seeking a skilled Video Monitoring Officer to join our team. As a Video Monitoring Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring live video camera events and responding to incidents in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor cameras for extended periods of time and remain alert to potential security threats.
  • Operate surveillance equipment to ensure accurate video documentation of incidents.
  • Write clear and concise reports of incidents, including relevant documentation and evidence.
  • Communicate with colleagues and management to ensure effective incident response.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain excellent vision and hearing.
  • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Windows Office suite programs.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
