About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Rig Worker to join our team at Agnico Eagle Mines in Baker Lake, Nunavut. As a key member of our drilling crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our drilling equipment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supplying materials and ensuring their transportation to site;
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment;
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols;
  • Performing other duties as required by management.

You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the smooth operation of our drilling operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Good physical ability and stamina;
  • Capacity to work in isolated environments with extreme weather conditions over extended periods;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

You will also require adaptability and a strong commitment to safety protocols.

Location and Schedule
