  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

  • Production Planning: Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Staff Development: Train staff members to maintain high-quality products and efficient workflows.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods to maximize revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
