Job Title: Associate Software Engineer H/F

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Software Engineer to join our dynamic integration team at VelocityEHS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining integration solutions using.NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of integration solutions using.NET technologies.
  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data integration processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to integrate internal and third-party systems using APIs, web services, and data pipelines.
  • Identify and resolve bugs or issues in both front-end and back-end codebases.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation for processes and code changes.
  • Work closely with senior team members for guidance, reviews, and learning opportunities.
  • Provide technical support for existing integration solutions, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in.NET development (ASP.NET, C#,.NET Core).
  • Experience with SQL Server and writing complex SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with.NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
  • Exposure to integration projects (working with APIs, web services, data integration).
  • Strong knowledge of T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and query optimization.
  • Experience in working with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and JSON/XML data formats.
  • Basic knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a global team, taking direction from senior developers.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Mulesoft or similar CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM tools.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
