We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Fix Network World. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for supervising the bookkeeping of accounts, maintaining accurate and complete records, and providing internal and external reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the bookkeeping of accounts, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of financial and administrative activities.
  • Provide internal and external reports, including monthly billing to franchisees and preparation of financial statements.
  • Support internal billing verification and follow-up of procedures related to new franchisees.
  • Prepare and verify accounts payable and corporate credit card reports.
  • Monitor cash flows and prepare analysis.
  • Follow up on accounts receivable collection.
  • Prepare and verify payroll and tax returns.
  • Prepare monthly dashboards for financial information.
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business accounting.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central 365 and Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Excellent computer skills and general understanding of computer accounting systems.
