Job Title: Child Care Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and organized Child Care Specialist to join our team at Ben Nevile. As a Child Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, promoting positive behavior and social development
  • Organize activities, such as games and outings, to stimulate children's cognitive and social growth
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and restrictions
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing comfort and support when needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Reliability and organized approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and on-call
