Food Counter Attendant Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests at beBee Professionals in Orillia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders efficiently, and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food items according to customer preferences, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Counter Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized food counter, restock supplies, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Payment Processing: Handle cash and card payments accurately, providing excellent customer service throughout the transaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset, demonstrating your ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our guests.
