Job Title: Floor Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Cleaner to join our team at Janicorp Building Maintenance Ltd.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and tidy workspace
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and well-maintained space
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a clean and safe ride
  • Handle and report lost and found items to maintain a secure and organized workspace
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and well-maintained space
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and handle heavy loads
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel
  • Ability to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Ability to work overtime as required
