Job Title: IT Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Fed Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising advanced technological solutions to improve the performance, reliability, and efficiency of our existing IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced technological solutions to improve IT infrastructure performance and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain a robust security framework to protect against IT risks and ensure infrastructure compliance
  • Automate routine tasks to improve IT operations and reduce the risk of human error
  • Proactively identify and resolve problems before they affect business operations
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the IT team on best practices and new technologies
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a systems administration role with significant experience in this field
  • Expertise in operating systems, virtualization, cloud computing, networking, IT security, and automation
  • Bilingual French and English (spoken and written)
  • Available for remote support 24-7 and occasional travel to our warehouses
