The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure a skilled and efficient team.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for growth and development.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
