We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NDS HOLDINGS LIMITED.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and develop a team of retail professionals to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal store performance and productivity.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of merchandise.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stockroom personnel.
- Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations and provide coaching and development opportunities as needed.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
