Construction Project Manager

GDB Constructeurs is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Superintendent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to inform project decisions.
- Develop risk management plans to mitigate potential issues.
The successful candidate will work outdoors in a civil construction setting, overseeing projects that involve road and bridge construction.
Requirements- 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver's license and basic security clearance.
- Steel-toed safety boots and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with team members.
