The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and planning, with a proven track record of leading a team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounting and financial functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Close the books, consolidate financial results, and perform general ledger reconciliations.
  • Prepare internal and external financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including financial planning and analysis.
  • Touch on profit and loss improvement and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain business plans to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Manage all tax reporting and compliance.

Requirements:

  • CPA certification preferred, with 7-10 years of solid controlling/accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing background.
  • SAP experience is an asset.
  • Ability to manage a team effectively and work well cross-functionally.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for driving business growth.
