We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at AAJ Business Solutions. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.
Responsibilities- Ensure all rooms and public areas are clean and tidy, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.
- Make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries as needed.
- Stock linen closets and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
- Provide basic information on facilities and amenities to guests.
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings as needed.
- Clean changing rooms and showers, and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Basic security clearance.
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
